How do I send an invoice on WhatsApp?
Make the invoice first, then send it as a message, an image or a PDF. The quickest way is a tool that writes the invoice text and opens the customer's chat for you: in Paige you fill in the customer, items and price, tap WhatsApp, and the chat opens with the invoice ready to send. Sending a picture or PDF of the invoice as well looks more official.

- Have the details ready: the customer's name and WhatsApp number with the country code, the items, quantities and prices, and how the customer should pay you.
- Open tools.learningcircusstudios.com/paige (free, no sign-up) and fill them in.
- Tap WhatsApp. If you added the country code, the customer's chat opens with the invoice text ready; press send.
- Tap Save as image or Save as PDF and attach the file in the same chat, or use Share to chat.
- When the customer pays, switch to Receipt and send a receipt with the Paid seal the same way.
Good to know
- Paige never sends anything by itself. It opens the chat with the text ready, and you press send.
- The same button row also opens Telegram. Signal has no share link, so Paige copies the text for you to paste.
- Free invoices end with a short "Made with Paige" line and link; Paige Pro removes it.

Why did WhatsApp ask me to pick a chat?
The customer's number had no country code. Add it (like +234, +91 or +254) and WhatsApp opens their chat directly.
Should I send an image or a PDF?
Customers tend to trust an image more than a typed message, and it shows right in the chat. A PDF suits customers who print invoices or pass them to an accountant.
Can I send it from WhatsApp Business?
Yes. The WhatsApp button uses a normal WhatsApp link, so it opens WhatsApp Business if that is the app your phone uses.
Is Paige really free?
Yes. Invoices, receipts, records and exports are free, with no limit on how many you make and no account. Free invoices end with a short "Made with Paige" line and link. Paige Pro is an optional paid upgrade that removes it.
Where are my invoices stored?
On your phone only. Paige has no account and does not upload your invoices or customer list.
