Privacy policy

The short version

Our apps keep your information on your own device. We do not run accounts, we do not sell data, and we do not show ads.

Paige

• Your business details, customers, invoices and records are stored only on your phone or browser.
• If you buy Paige Pro, we store your licence key, the business name on the licence and a random device ID, so the licence works on up to two devices. Nothing else.
• If you use "Ask for a feature", we receive only the text you type, the app language and the app version. Please do not include customer details.

Word Trail

• Word Trail is designed for children and collects no personal information. An optional nickname, word lists and progress stay on the device.
• Handwriting is never uploaded or saved as a drawing history.
• The store versions (Google Play and Apple) have no ads, no analytics, no account and no internet permission is needed for practice.
• On the website, the full-version unlock stores a licence key and a random device ID only. Purchases are made by a grown-up behind a parent question.

Payments

Website purchases are processed by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record and handles payment details and taxes under its own privacy policy. App store purchases are handled by Google or Apple. We never see your card details.

Website visits

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes ordinary connection data such as IP addresses to deliver the site.

Your choices

Clear the app's data in your browser or uninstall the app to delete everything it stored. To remove a licence or ask a question, email info@learningcircusstudios.com.
