What is the best free invoice app for WhatsApp sellers in Kenya?

- Open tools.learningcircusstudios.com/paige on your phone and choose Swahili or English.
- Add your business name, phone number and your M-Pesa Till or Paybill number under "How customers pay you".
- Add the customer's name and WhatsApp number with +254, then the items and prices in shillings (KSh).
- Tap WhatsApp. The customer's chat opens with the invoice text ready, and you press send. Use Save as image or Save as PDF to attach the invoice itself.
Good to know
- Free: unlimited invoices and receipts in shillings, a round Paid seal on receipts, and records you can export for your accountant.
- Paige Pro (paid) saves your M-Pesa Till, or Paybill with account number, as a payment method that shows in a tidy "Payment details" block, plus your logo, invoice numbers that count up and a "Who owes me" list with polite reminders.
- Paige does not connect to KRA eTIMS. If a customer needs an eTIMS invoice, issue it through eTIMS.
Questions
Can I show my M-Pesa Till or Paybill on the invoice?
Yes. On the free plan, type it under "How customers pay you". With Paige Pro, save a Till, or a Paybill with account number, once and tick it on each invoice.
Does Paige collect M-Pesa payments?
No. Paige shows your payment details; customers pay you through M-Pesa as usual.
Is Paige really free?
Yes. Invoices, receipts, records and exports are free, with no limit on how many you make and no account. Free invoices end with a short "Made with Paige" line and link. Paige Pro is an optional paid upgrade that removes it.
Is a Paige invoice an eTIMS invoice?
No. Paige makes invoices and receipts for chat sales. It is not connected to KRA systems.
Where are my invoices stored?
On your phone only. Paige has no account and does not upload your invoices or customer list.
