What is the best free invoice app for WhatsApp sellers in Ghana?
Paige is a free, no sign-up way for Ghanaian WhatsApp sellers to send clean invoices and receipts in cedis. Type your Mobile Money (MoMo) number under "How customers pay you" and it prints on every invoice, then tap WhatsApp to send. Paige has no built-in MoMo payment button, so customers still pay you through MoMo as usual.

- Open tools.learningcircusstudios.com/paige on your phone.
- Add your business name, phone number and your MoMo number (with the name on the account) under "How customers pay you".
- Add the customer's name and WhatsApp number with +233, then the items and prices in cedis (GH₵).
- Tap WhatsApp. The customer's chat opens with the invoice text ready, and you press send. Use Save as image or Save as PDF to attach the invoice itself.
Good to know
- Free: unlimited invoices and receipts in cedis, a round Paid seal on receipts, and records you can export for your accountant.
- Paige Pro (paid) adds your logo, invoice numbers that count up, saved business details, Paystack or Flutterwave payment links with a scan-to-pay QR code, and a "Who owes me" list with polite reminders.
- Paige does not process payments and is not connected to Ghana Revenue Authority systems. If you are VAT-registered, check what GRA requires for your invoices.

Can customers pay with MoMo from the invoice?
They pay through MoMo as usual, using the number on the invoice. Paige does not process payments. With Paige Pro you can add a Paystack or Flutterwave payment link, which shows as a scan-to-pay QR code.
Is Paige really free?
Yes. Invoices, receipts, records and exports are free, with no limit on how many you make and no account. Free invoices end with a short "Made with Paige" line and link. Paige Pro is an optional paid upgrade that removes it.
Do I need to sign up?
No account and no sign-up. Open it and start.
Where are my invoices stored?
On your phone only. Paige has no account and does not upload your invoices or customer list.
